The pleasures of "Doing Nothing"

After a looong time, I spent the Sunday morning to sleep as much as I want to, and the Sunday afternoon "Doing Nothing".

Well, I was supposed to be in the school to work for my fellowship project, but the other guy working with me - Manan, sent a text at around 11 AM that he is not feeling very well today. So, the meeting got postponed. I had planned nothing else for the Sunday as this meeting was supposed to be from 12 until 3.

Anyways, I decide to use this opportunity and do nothing :-)

At around 4 PM, I edited some of the photos taken during sky-diving yesterday and posted it on FB.
8 PM was the movie time, as per my discussion with a couple of friends yesterday night.

Watched "El Hombre de Acero - The Man of Steel" in English of course. Liked the movie. And every time Clark took a flight in the sky, it reminded me of my own experience yesterday. wow !! the feeling was great.

Apart from other things, i noticed one in particular - the word "Super-Man" is said only one and a half times in the movie. They have really revamped the franchise and I am now curious about how a sequel will look like :-)

Came back to open my IE mailbox for the first time since Friday and found 10 unread mails !!

IE announcements, IMBA team announcements for next week, discussion among people that did sky-diving with me yesterday..

Suddenly, I now know, that this end-of-term vacation is about to get over real soon !!

And, its a wrap-up :-)

Well, if you have been reading this blog, you will remember how a day before this term started, we all gathered outside the IE Library compound, took 3 buses to Segovia and participated in the opening ceremony.
"Prepare yourselves for a Roller Coaster Ride" - they said to us.
And then, on the first day of term one, Erik came to our class and told us a story about a guy who needs to let go off the tree and jump from the cliff.

Well, well, through out the term one which has now officially ended, we did just that. Took the IE roller coaster ride with its own highs and lows and "metaphorically" let ourselves off our grip to allow the free fall into the valley unexplored.

Thanks to initiative by the lovely couple - Christine Gomes and Marcello Schneider in our intake, with 100+ jumps against their names individually, some of us grouped together today to do SKY-DIVING :-)

That's right - we were just not satisfied with the "metaphorical" free fall off a cliff - we wanted the real thing.

So it was that a day after the term one, seventeen of us from IMBA April batch gathered this afternoon outside the IE Library compound, took 3 cars to the sky diving drop zone and let ourselves off from a "perfectly normal" plane - free fall from 4000 meters until 1500 meters above the ground and then a great parachute ride :-)
The plane ride up in the sky, before the jump was much more intense than any roller coaster, with those bumps and jerks and turbulence scaring the hell out of us before the jump.

Of course, once I jumped, the experience I had today, is magical, unforgettable and beyond description in any words.
I will just post a picture of my dive here for benefit of all.

If you have noticed the symmetry in things a day before the term one and a day after the term one, you would appreciate the whole IE experience even more.

Time flies and today we were flying as well :-)
Anyways, there could not have been any better way to wrap up our first term here at IE!!

All set to take on the next term now :-D

Barra Barra Barra .. Berre Berre Berre !!

Well, I love the fact that Garen has made us all learn and understand Financial Accounting so well, within this short span of time. And I really liked his teaching methods.

But, the exam today was more to test if we have done the assignments and if we know how to do them. OR shall I say, it was the best exam possible for someone who would have mugged up all the assignment solutions !!

Frankly, I was expecting an exam which will test our learning, but this one didn't meet my expectations. OR may be Garen had been so good in teaching, we had set high bar of expectations from this exam.

Either ways, its over. The Term One Final Exam is done!!

10:30 AM - we were done with the exam; 10:35 AM - the party began !!

Bo Finn got a taste of IE flash mob right in the morning, when they had opened shutters only a while ago. At around 1 PM when the lady in the bar came out with two big barrels of empty bottles to dispose off - she actually remarked "you people crowded this place so early, when we don't ever expect it and our boss is not going to pay us any extra for this morning work". Well, what can I say :-D

BTW, this is just a beginning of an amazing weekend of relaxation ahead. A weekend of constant partying - Let the music begin!!

Barra Barra Barra, Berre Berre Berre !!

Muy Bien !!

Well, "Muy Bien" is more like "I like it" said in Spanish :-)

Speaking of which, Quantitative Analysis was one of my favorite subjects during Engineering. And, although the tools learned then were all different, I enjoy playing around with numbers even now, so obviously, when it comes to "subjects", Managerial Decision Making was my most favorite subject in this term.

It was this liking which has made me ignore the task of forming any opinion about the prof teaching the subject, because no matter what, I like this subject anyways. And it was this liking which made me do all the group assignments for this subject by myself, even before our group had to meet and decide about working on them. I just wanted to do it all, and not limit myself to the share of work I get in the group.

Well, today in the Decision Making exam, [I don't mind to brag] - I know I have done really well. And I am sure that the score of this exam is going to make up for any bad scores in other subjects.

Muy Bien :-)

The Curve begins to take a shape :-)

It was Economics final exam today.

Gonzalo, our economics prof, although a little old school in his teaching style, is also someone we admire for the vastness of knowledge he has shared and for the attention to details that he provides.

This exam he had prepared made sure that the curve shapes itself. Compared to the mid-term, the subjective questions were a little more straight-forward and the objectives were a real challenge.

So, we get distributed among the A's and B's right away with the objective questions and among each group, the race is to decipher exact meaning of all the subjective questions.

Anyways, I think I have learned a lot in this class and have done good enough in the exam. I don't like to discuss the answers of exam after it is done, so I leave the job to quantify my performance to our school :-)

FOR NOW, let's be happy with the fact that it's 2 down now and 2 more to go :-)

When the room booking matrix turns all red !!

OB Final Report Submission: Done !!

Economics Study: In Progress :-)

Room Availability in MM31: Least since the time we have been at school.

Yepp!! The matrix which we use to book a room at particular time was all red today. Luckily, we had booked our room last night itself, so nothing to worry. Economics study will go on until the time of exam tomorrow anyways :-D

It's all about Trust :-)

Well, finally got myself started with writing the OB final report, as it HAS to be submitted tomorrow :-)
What can I say, Old habits die hard and studying a day before exam is an habit which goes way back ;-)

Anyways, almost the entire day today was spent to fill the six page OB report and then reviewing it. Wrote about half of it in my room and then joined my study gang, to continue with the write-up. Took occasional breaks to eat, goof around and to revise concepts of Decision Making :-D

By the time we wrapped up for dinner at 10:30 PM, I was done with the report. Reviewed it once while food was getting ready at Akash's place and took a print of it, after dinner by coming back to school.

By the way, those who know about our OB class, also know the significance of "Trust", which appears in the title here :-D

Submission of this final report tomorrow will mark the official beginning of the exam week.

Boy!! That came sooner than we had imagined :-)

Parathas, Pizzas and Preparations :-)

Well, despite our decision to start the day at 10 AM today, all of us took some rest, slept well, and gathered in school only at 2 PM. While, we had decided to have a quick pizza for lunch, and I got it from the Domino's downstairs, we had a surprise treat from Hitesh. He got home made Parathas and some mango pickle for all of us.

After having some great food, we got down to our business of exams preparations. Finished discussing all chapters of economics and covered most of the accounting examples today.

Tomorrow, we focus on OB report and then it is the exam time. Exams are just around the corner now :-)

The Jal Jeera effect :-)

Well, the entire day today was spent with my study group in MM31, with afternoon lunch at Akash's place. In the evening, we practiced many problems in accounting and then stopped our study at around 10 PM. While Hitesh went home to spend time with his family, myself, Nishant and Akash went to Sagar, the Indian Restaurant nearby for dinner.

Past few days of lesser sleeping hours had started to take a toll on my health, and today evening I had this uneasy feeling of acidity and fatigue. While in the restaurant, I just asked our host there, If they have anything like Lime Juice, etc and the Aunty in the restaurant, said that she can ask the chef to make Jal Jeera for me. Well, I could not have asked for anything more.
Had two full glasses of Jal Jeera and the mixture of getting something specially made for me, and the medicinal effects of Corn-Mint and Jal-Jeera in the drink, brought me back to normalcy. All the fatigue vanished within few minutes. What more, it was followed by a sumptous Indian dinner.

All set to take on the exams coming up next week. Bring it on :-)

And Just like that .. Term One classes conclude !!

Friday - End of this week, but also a day when all the classed in this term have come to an end. A concluding session for OB and Economics, last session within this term for Strategy [subject that will spill over to the next term] and an extra session to practice decision making problems. That was the agenda for today.

After all these classes, our study group continued with preparation for the finals till 10 PM, then had dinner at Akash's place and came back to school, only to find that all the rooms are occupied by folks from our intake studying for the exams. Good that we had our room booked and continued studying until mid-night.

Then, it was time for the mid-night ritual of drinks before coming back home. More we are studying, more we are gaining confidence about topics learned. That is a great feeling to end the day with.

Until Next Time ..

Well, today we had the last session for both Financial Accounting and for Economics.

One taught by Garen - unusual professor, unusual teaching style, unusual dressing sense, amazing sense of humor, great connect with students and mastery in giving names to people that they everyone enjoys and will always remember.

Another taught by Gonzalo - perfect example of old school professor, lecture based classes, distribution of good notes, always professional in his dressing style and in his talks, amazing expertise over concepts in economics.

Both were extreme ends when it comes to personal attributes and to manner in which they ran their classes - but both had a common intention "ensure better learning of the entire class".

Even while, I will be busy tonight as well with studies for the term one final exam, I know we are all going to miss both these amazing professors we had....

Hurdles Race Begins ..

Well, we had a Strategy class today and then the wrapping session for OB. Cuqui had asked some volunteers in the class to present summary of all classes we had so far. A good way to conclude affairs, i should say.

And then, a few of us decided to form a study group for the finals preparation. We have split the syllabus of all subjects in smaller units, such that we can complete one unit of each subject everyday.

Thus, starting today, we enter a hurdles race - clearing one hurdle at a time, towards reaching the finish line for term one.

From Monkeys to Pigeons

Well, when we started this program, we had come across the research done on Monkeys - on how they react violently if they are given low grade reward [food] than others in the cage-next-door after doing the same work.
Today in the economics class, we were introduced to a research on Pigeons, on how they kept improving their flight time and delivering letters when the food quality was on rise, and then stopped flying after they started getting "good-enough" food. This was basically to concur on the fact that people usually start working less when they are paid a really high salary e.g. answer this - if you are getting 100,000 USD per hour, will you really work for 10 hours a day? :-)

Anyways, interesting economics class today discussing how aggregate demand and aggregate supply eventually makes macro economics study turn towards the micro economics tools.

Before that we had Financial Accounting with revision of many more key concepts and some real life examples that Garen gave. And yes, the first class today was of Entreprenerial Management - As I got late for class today, I was the one who prepared the 'minutes of meeting' for this class, as per Rachida's rules :-)

Stayed back in school to study for the finals and came home after having a sumptous dinner with Nishant, Harshit and Akash - It all started sometime last week, when Shalabh invited me in to Akash's place to have food together with the group and since then, I have been with these friends, all cooking and eating together, more often than I have cooked at home. Having a group of people to eat together with, is a great experience in itself :-)

The Asia-pac meet :-)

Well, We had a Strategy Class today followed by Decision Making, followed by my meeting for the fellowship work, so a long day for a Monday.

But then, all of it got compensated with the Asia-pac networking cocktail that was arranged between 6 PM to 8 PM. Directors from various Asia-pac offices had flown down to Madrid to participate in the cocktail and we mingled with fellow students from the region, as well as fellow students interested to work in the region in future.

It was a good two hours spent chit-chatting and knowing new people. Besides, if a week starts with an evening with cocktail, it has good to be a good week ;-)

Leveraging on past learning :-)

Apart from resting for most part of the day, I did complete working on my part of the Accounting Final Project today. And then, Most of the time was spent on finding details of the Business Model for Appbackr - a crowd-funding platform, as part of my fellowship work.

Well, thanks to the participation in Impact Weekend, I could make use of the Business Model Canvas tool to record my findings and do a better analysis of various aspects of Business Model.

So, first I applied what I learned in accounting class to do the final project, and then I applied what I learned during the impact weekend to do the fellowship work. This day turned out to be all about leveraging on past learning :-)

Its Photo Time :-D

Well, Most of today, I spent editing/cropping/converting photos of Global Village and sometime in the afternoon, I put them on my FB Wall. Tagged all my friends and as expected received a lot of traffic for the likes.

In the evening, went out with a few friends to the Indian Restaurant nearby and enjoyed the Spicy Indian food.

Didn't really study anything today. Hope tomorrow will be different :-D

Made my day even before it began :-)

What can i say, my mobile battery was dead, so there was no alarm and I was drunk. Net effect: I overslept and missed my class.

When I woke up and finally switched on my mobile after hooking it up to the charger, I saw a missed call, and a few messages on my Whatsapp. My friends in the class were concerned for me as I didn't make it to the class and were checking if everything was all right.

All that care and affection, it made my day even before it began !! Haapppyyyy Morning it was :-D

Global Village :-)

Well, Garen took a revision of many concepts in Accounting today and the session was really helpful. There is one more session to go before the finals and it would be also for revising accounting concepts.

In Strategy class, we had no case today. It was a wrap up session to conclude Business Strategy section and kick-start Corporate Strategy section. This introduction of Corporate Strategy and the whole concept of why businesses diversify resulted into a long discussion amongst us, even during lunch time. I am sure we are all looking forward to know more :-)

Last one today was the economics class, which is also nearing its conclusion now.

The real highlight of the day was the Global Village Event organized by IE Net Impact Club.

There were booths by different countries to showcase their highlights, achievements, culture and most important [for us] to help us taste their national cuisines and delicacies, the whole Library Campus had turned into a Gala.

Speaking of a Gala, there was also a stage in center of the open space in front of Library and we saw performances by many of our school mates and some professional dancers/singers introducing us to their cultures in a fun way. Spent time from 4:30 PM until 8 PM enjoying the event to its every bit.

Came home only to take a shower and go back to Bo Finn, where many folks from my intake had gathered to have some drinks. This was just a beginning though and a way to pass time until it was time for the official Global Village After-party.

At around 11:45 PM all of us started walking towards the venue. This was a posh discotheque in central Madrid and as many of us had anticipated, there was no entry for people wearing shorts or flip-flops.

While some of us were trying hard to convince the bouncers outside the club, a dramatic incident took place. Two girls walked past us and they succeeded in picking mobile of one of my classmates from her purse. Luckily, she felt a pull and shouted the girls to stop. Soon, there was a mob of around 30 of us surrounding the girls and when someone dialed the number, the mobile was found in pocket of the thief. So, we took it off and sent the girls away.

Anyways, we were not let in the club and it was either all of us inside or nobody inside kinda agreement we had, so we all walked to another discotheque just around the corner and succeeded in getting in.

Enjoyed the drinking and chit-chat with friends until late and came home sometime in the early morning :-)

Matching People, their Nations, their Currencies and the numbers :-)

Well, in the strategy class today, we discussed the case of eHarmony. So, if you haven't guessed it yet, there was an enthusiastic participation from the class to build this case - talking about dating, marriages, compatibility and matching people. From "Do you know why bars are always a little dark" to "Do we know if the person we meet in a bar is also interested in a long term relationship" to "Lies of an Online Profile", we brainstormed it all, and with pleasure :-)

As if the matching of people was not fun enough, enters Prof. Gonzalo to extend the concepts of Exchange Rates. "Countries behave exactly like People, because in the end they are made up of people and are run by people. So, analyzing exchange rates can be done by using tools similar to that in micro-economics" Ahah !! so now, we are matching not compatibilities of people, but the interest rates they offer and currencies their nations print. Interesting day so far.

And this day extended further as we had to work on our Decision Making Assignment. Stayed up until 2 AM and got done with the assignment. I like playing around with numbers, so didn't really realize how time passed. As the assignment was about helping one Mr. Anders to arrive at correct numbers to take decisions, yet again, I was doing nothing but matching numbers with variables, uncertainties and chances.

Another long but interesting day, spent matching people, their nations, their currencies and the numbers :-)

Accounting Concludes ..

Well, there was a loooong OB session in the afternoon today, also a networking pizza by IMBA team, and a briefing by IMBA team about the next term.

But, the highlight of the day was conclusion of Financial Accounting teaching sessions. The rest of them [may be a couple more] would be revision sessions where Garen would help us revise the concepts, and clear our doubts and queries.

Suddenly, the feeling that this term is about to end is now becoming more obvious. And, I am sure we will all miss the unusual yet simple teaching ways and all the humor that Garen brought with him to the class.

The World is Changing ..

Well, please don't start thinking that I am beginning narration of the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. This is just the beginning of the modern theory in Economics for exchange rates :-)

Anyways, got a good insight today into how exchange rates are determined, and how countries use them for their benefit [sometimes at expense of other countries :-)]

Strategy class was about Paypal and modern online payment systems. After this class, a bunch of us rushed out to make it for our NIE appointment.

After spending almost 3 hours at the Police Station and 2 hours in the to-n-fro journey, I was already very tired and just came to my room to sleep.

Woke up at around 11 PM in the night after I started feeling hungry. Saw a few messages from the group, whom I was supposed to meet in the evening for doing an assignment. As it was already too late, just replied thanking the people who did the work, fixed a sandwich for myself and will be going back to sleep soon :-)

Sunday, June 9, 2013

Our permanent address - MM31 :-)

Well, spent the whole day today from 10 AM until 9 PM at MM31, studying something or the other. I am sure if I was at home, I would have done nothing but sleep, so this is a so much better choice.

But then, it also means that we are in MM31 for most part of our day and at our home only for a minority portion. With finals approaching, MM31 is our permanent address now :-)

Just did it !!

To start with what happened last night: No, I didn't go to the BOTW last night - when I reached home, it was 10 PM already. As there wasn't enough time for me to sleep for a while and then go to BOTW, i decided to stay awake, and somehow the whole waiting in my room just to make it to some place after mid-night tested my patience. Not to mention, my mind kept wandering over whether I should take a peek into the accounting assignment or whether I should carry on with my MDM work, or whether I should watch a movie .. aargh, there was too much confusion. Finally, I gave up at around 11:30 and decided to just sleep.

I woke up around 10:30 today, had a long chat with my family and then around 1 PM started with my accounting mid-term. Considering that there is group meeting tomorrow, I had no choice but to do it. As I went through the questions, it seemed rather a matter of correctly interpreting the questions than knowing any rocket science accounting fundas.

And guess what, finally, the much feared mid-term of Financial Accounting is now done. Some of the questions were really challenging while others were pretty straight-forward. Anyways, good thing is it's now done. I can't believe I just did it :-)

Twelve Angry Men and the Area 31

Well, we spent the OB session watching clips from the movie Twelve Angry Men, to understand the various aspects of influencing a group. And for Entrepreneurship, it was a double session, first in the morning to discuss the concepts related to Business Model and a second one for the whole intake, in the evening where we got introduced to Area 31 and the activities that go on in there.

A couple of speeches, followed by a Panel of Alumni - it was good to know about entrepreneurship at IE closely.

Finally Friday today, and while I am still in school, for one reason or the other, I am getting more and more inclined towards going to the BOTW tonight.

I have been working on the accounting practice test, and have planned to solve the mid-term tomorrow. So tonight, I can get wasted :-)

Thursday, June 6, 2013

Imports, Exports, Investments and Decisions ..

Well, all the classes today revolved around either investments, which we discussed in financial accounting, in economics and in decision making; or around imports and exports. Did some basic decision tree analysis to start with next tool usage for decision making and then headed home for a siesta. Lunch was a Mc-D take-away, just to save the time :-)

It was interesting to know how companies can use skills of their accountants to make them look good or bad and as if the whole discussion of how coke works that we had in strategy class was not enough, we got additional insights about coke's relation with its bottlers in financial terms today. The more I know about this company, more I keep asking myself .. "really??"

Plan for the evening was to start solving the accounting mid-term, but I have not gathered enough courage yet - instead I kept doing ad-hoc tasks like preparing documents for my NIE appointment next week, creating company list for Strategy report, cooking dinner, browsing Facebook :-)

Anyways, going by the last few days timings, the night is still young and you never know :-D

When Grades begin to surface ..

Well, we got our communication skills grades yesterday night; and today it was the Economics mid-term along with Decision Making assignment, for which grades were published by our professors. So, a lot of discussion that took place in class today revolved around "grades".

And to top it all, IMBA team dropped in for a visit. Well, we did ask them many questions, shared many inputs and experiences, but then, towards the second half of it, people started talking about how they don't think the grades are fair and blah. So, basically, this session also got infected with the grades fever :-)

All-in-all, a day when grades surfaced and made their presence felt really well; and guess what, this is just the mid-term :-P

In terms of learning experience, the courses again showcased synergies, when the Strategy case today was to discuss Market Failures due to incorrect information, a concept which we have recently studied in economics, and the Economics class was about Taxes which we will also discuss next week in the Financial Accounting class :-)

The Multiplier effect :-)

Well, I did tell you that we closed the gates of MM31 last night. But whats interesting is that I kept on working on our opportunity report, even after coming home and the whole thing was ready only after 5 AM. By the time, I slept [well I know that slept is a wrong word, but anyways] it was already 5:30 in the morning and I could actually hear my flatmates waking up and getting ready :-)

Tried to have a nap until 7:30 and then rushed to school for economics class. The amount of information that we receive in one economics class is just so much, that we really cannot afford to miss any of them.
Let me tell you this, it was worth it, attending the class today, and highlight for today's session was the multiplier effect that our prof explained with respect to the usual economics variables and equation. I mean I knew the Ripples Effect, the Butterfly effect, as people  like to call it, but getting to know about it in a mathematical form, made the whole concept suddenly become so REAL.

Next was a break and we had to go back to our places to suit up for the EM pitch. I did come back, but blame it on my reduced efficiency caused by lack of sleep, I just could not make it back to the class before noon. The meaning was clear - For the first time, I had to miss the accounting class, as the doors were shut when clock hit 12.

When Garen saw me outside the class all suited up, he said in his usual humor style "Is it Halloween already?". Well, after that long night we had, and considering we were all zombies without much sleep, I didn't even think before replying "Yes" with a smile :-)

Anyways, the best part of it all - I know that we nailed the presentation today. Decision to leverage on team's strengths and let Yehia speak alone for the group, the video which I found and edited to introduce the need for our app, that helped us deliver a personalized experience to the audience, our purposeful use of tools used in class, and of the concept 'sell yesterday' with a customer already on-board, the fact that we already had an App ready and the message we were sending that we are making this into a real thing - I guess all of it did a great job for us. It was like we were delivering a multiplier effect [meaning not related to the one above] of all our efforts and ideas to the class today.
Moreover, Rachida appreciated the presentation skills and efforts put by each team into the presentations.

Well, let me just say this - All that effort put over the last few days now seems worth it.

And yes, concluded my day at the school pretty early today, after I finished my meeting related to the fellowship work, reached home by 6:30 PM and had a nice 3 hour siesta before waking up for doing readings for tomorrow and writing this blog :-)

Lets see how this night unfolds here after ...

Monday, June 3, 2013

Hang in there buddy ..

Well, the day started with OB today, followed by Strategy and Accounting. Accounting class today was a practice of whatever we have learned so far, and then Garen explained how to solve the hard-to-crack questions. Strategy class had an important lesson for us today, "Niche strategies do not work in the markets with strong network effects".

And then, the longest part of today began - working for the EM pitch and opportunity report due tomorrow. Well, we started at 3:30 PM and were working on these up until 3:00 AM !! Yes, tonight, we closed the MM31 building :-)

In middle of all this, I just thought of having some fun and also checking how many people are in the same position as us. So, I posted a survey in our intake's FB page.

I think the stats of this survey response, just gave us the that boost to extend our stay beyond mid-night. It's like my fellow classmates were saying, "We are all with you, hang in there buddy ..."

Posting the survey stats here for viewing of all :-)

Relax .. work will never end anyways !!

Well, I tried to do all the work as per my plan yesterday and guess what, from one source to other, additional things just kept flowing in. I started with my chores and cleaning at 9 AM and was up until 2:15 AM doing group work that came in at 11:45 PM last night.

Sometimes, if things become too overwhelming, or seem to be pushed on to me, I just tend to relax and do nothing. That is exactly what I did today. Well, I know I still have to do the accounting assignment, I still need to do the strategy reading, I still have to study for next MDM assignment, I still need to work on my EM report, but then, whenever I think of starting to do it, only one thing comes to my mind: screw it, this is never gonna end anyways !!

So, end of the day, I haven't reached anywhere in terms of tasks for today.

Great thing about today, I enjoyed a nice, relaxed dinner with a friend at VIPS for almost two hours. Wow !! Well, I have hosted a few parties in my house so far, but I hadn't done anything like that for a real loooong time now. Enjoyed every relaxed moment to its best :-)

And we are LIVE :-)

Well, today was a day dedicated to my Entrepreneurial Management project. I met with the group in Library and we spent the morning together discussing and finalizing our pitch and report details.

Even before this meeting, I made some Chicken Curry for the group and surprised them in the meeting. After coming home in the afternoon, I created the Website for our product and got it up and running with all details.

And after a short siesta, I worked on our APP. I finalized all the details for it, created a build for Android Phones, and registered this APP in Google Play.

After a lengthy process, I succeeded in publishing our App in Google Play.

So, the big news of the day - We are Live, baby :-D
